The client’s lifestyle and current eating habits are analyzed to help them make successful lifestyle changes.
Community Health Events
Health screenings such as HIV, Blood Pressure (BP), Glucose/A1C, Cholesterol, and Body Mass Index (BMI), among others, are held twice a year to bring health awareness to the community.
Workshops & Webinars
Workshops and Webinars are held throughout the year to educate and provide individuals with resources to assist in living a healthier lifestyle in the areas of mind, body, and soul health.
