Overview
The Hearty Life Nutrition Service provides fresh and healthy food items as well as nutritional supplements to income-restricted individuals experiencing food insecurity. Our goal is to teach the community and our children the importance of nutrition and sustainability to combat diseases and other health-related illnesses.

Eligibility
- Gross income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty levels
Income Verification
All applicants will be required to provide a Government Issued ID along with proof of income such as:
- W-2 withholding statements or Unemployment check stubs for the past 90 days
- Paycheck stubs for the past 90 days for all persons employed in the home
- Proof of all other income received in the past 90 days
- Proof of government assistance
- Proof of Bankruptcy settlement (if applicable)
How To Apply
- Contact the nonprofit with your request via phone (407.783.4976) or by sending an email, or by submitting the application form
- All applicants must meet with a representative from the nonprofit to provide income verification documentation
- The nonprofit will evaluate each request on a case by case basis to approve service eligibility, as well as eligibility for our other services and government-assisted programs such as SNAP or Food Stamps
- All applicants must contact the nonprofit to report if their income goes up dramatically
- All applicants must reapply every 12 months
What You Will Receive
- Food items are available for pick up twice per week
- Homeless individuals are provided brown bags with sandwiches and snacks
- Nutritional Supplements are provided once a month while supplies are available
